Sean Wu, MBA, PMP, CPA

Sean Wu is a Principal Consultant at Kestrel Partners with more than 20 years of diverse, international business experience in finance, accounting, M&A, business process improvement, and system optimization.

Sean has held financial planning and analysis leadership roles at Abbott Laboratories and led large-scale cross-border post-merger integration projects at Cisco Systems and GE. At Cisco, he managed integrations of major acquisitions including Webex and NDS. At GE, he led digital platform acquisition integrations. He has managed approximately a dozen M&A integration projects in total, including the Albertson-Safeway merger and the Rudolph Technologies-Nanometrics merger that created Onto Innovation.

In addition to M&A integration, Sean has led complex projects in ERP implementations and finance business process transformation. His breadth of experience across finance, operations, and technology makes him highly effective in cross-functional integration programs.
