Vice President of M&A Integration
Robert has 15 years of consulting across numerous M&A integration and divestiture programs, developing detailed operational and functional plans, tools, and templates to support Integration Management Office activities. Robert has supported clean energy and infrastructure AEC clients in the acquisition of multiple companies, leaving behind a proven playbook of processes, templates, and expertise that the companies leveraged to continue growing and realizing the best value from each deal.
Robert has consulted on several acquisitions, setting up and leading their Integration Management Offices (IMO) and managing their functional integration workstreams. More recently, he has supported SMB companies across numerous industries and sectors, including AEC clients Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives and Primoris. Key to both was how the combined organization would grow backlog, ensure engineering safety and standards were met, and manage geographical expansion.

He has a track record of helping acquirers hit integration KPIs.
Prior to Kestrel, Robert held roles including VMware IMO Consultant for GTM Integration/Separation, Cisco Integration/Separation Program Manager, Barclays Global Investors Program Manager for Portfolio Operations, and Computer Associates Project Manager.
