What to Expect if You Hire Kestrel Partners
It is best practice to start M&A integration planning about 60 days prior to transaction close. When you hire Kestrel, we staff the project with a senior project management leader and determine the project organizational structure with you. In large acquisitions or mergers (more than 500 employees), we may add additional consultants as needed.
We train your functional and business leaders who are part of the integration effort. We provide structure, sample templates, and expertise for integration planning and execution. We kick off the integration and run most standing meetings from kickoff through integration close, lessons learned, and exits of the various teams involved.
We help you solve problems, manage risks, and accelerate integration efforts as needed. Our style is collaborative: we establish timelines and milestones within your organization, capture lessons learned along the way, and build a playbook — if you like — so you're ready for more acquisitions down the road.
