Cindy excels at planning and executing rapid turnarounds and transformational changes while maximizing synergies and value realization for all stakeholders. As a collaborative leader, she has partnered on 30+ deals (integrations, divestitures, strategic partnerships) delivering profitable revenue growth, market penetration and cash flow improvement (multi-$100M gains).
Cindy has pioneered first iterations of transformational commercial capabilities as the technology industry shifts toward a software-centric, recurring revenue (XaaS) business model. She has a record of successfully leading companies and people through complex change, scaling operations and enabling new business models.
Cindy has held leadership positions in a variety of companies, from start-ups to Fortune 500, and has co-owned a small business. She also works with non-profit agencies advising them on their data strategy and volunteers as a public speaking coach. Cindy is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
