We Coach M&A Integration or Divestiture Leaders

M&A or Divestiture Coach:  There are situations in which our client is interested in enhancing its approach to M&A integration or divestiture management while going through an actual transaction.  In this case, a senior Kestrel team member can be assigned to the client and advise on a day-to-day basis how to set up the integration program and how to manage the integration process.  This coach would make available various tools and templates to the client and be a sounding board for the senior executive of the client leading the integration or divestiture.  A coach can also prepare an organization in advance of implementing an acquisition strategy.
