We Coach M&A Integration or Divestiture Leaders
M&A or Divestiture Coach: There are situations in which our client is interested in enhancing its approach to M&A integration or divestiture management while going through an actual transaction. In this case, a senior Kestrel team member can be assigned to the client and advise on a day-to-day basis how to set up the integration program and how to manage the integration process. This coach would make available various tools and templates to the client and be a sounding board for the senior executive of the client leading the integration or divestiture. A coach can also prepare an organization in advance of implementing an acquisition strategy.
How It Works & How We Do It
Ideally, one of our principal consultants gets involved early in the process, when key terms are parameters of the transaction are discussed. Our coach advises on
- M&A integration or divestiture strategy
- identification of key value drivers and their attainment
- provide direction and advice to the Client’s DMO lead
